To make a claim such as that you need evidence such as an independent research study that is unbiased. Those are hard to come by when it comes to weed, because a lot of the sponsors for these studies and the researchers themselves are biased one way or another. A lot of the time you get results written before the trials are done. That’s why so many studies contradict eachother. With no consensus either way there is no way to prove such a broad generalization such as yours.
