The IRS & DEA came to downtown Oakland today to raid multiple medical marijuana dispensaries as well as Oaksterdam, an educational facility that teaches plant cultivation. So medical Marijuana was make legal by the voters of California yet the Feds break the law, and violate the 10th amendment denying them that right. I’m also wondering why an amendment was required to ban alcohol but none exist for drugs. Without that the Federal government has no legal authority to ban drugs of any sort. Nothing in the Constitution gives them that power.
