Question by : How accurate are First Check Marijuana test kits?
I have a drug test tomorrow morning for pre employment. The last time I smoked was over three weeks ago and I am an occasional smoker. I don’t know the exact date but I know it’s been three weeks. I took a First Check test I got at wal-mart and I got a broad solid pink line. The test says the cutoff is 50 ng. Do you think I will pass. If not I have a substitute synthetic urine called quickfix I can try. Please no remarks like “if you want to be sure, don’t use it” type answers. Please serious answers only.

The first check test are pretty accurate, Three weeks of keeping sober should do the trick for most basic urine testers. It would really depend on what type of test your employer gives you ( most are basic urine tester so you are most likely safe) .But be sure drink loads of water, exercise if you can, try to stay off the fatty and junk foods right before the test. Also try melatonin it helps clean out your body system.

These are pretty standard and what most use to test at home. Quite accurate, though you should know they do have a reputation for lines showing up faint for some people.
