Question by Akasm: How long do the effects of cannabis last?
I recently smoked one hit of cannabis, and I highly regret in doing so. Ever since I smoked cannabis, I feel a bit more lethargic than usual, but then again I have been only sleeping for 6 hours a night consecutively. How long does it usually take for the effects of cannabis to wear off? Should I consider detoxification? or possibly seek medical help? A response will be greatly appreciated.

depends on the weed and the person.
What do you think? Answer below!

You need immediate rehab. Marijuana is a gateway drug, and trying it only once immediately makes you addicted to every other drug in existence. Way to ruin your life, derelict.
It distorted my sense of time for a few days after using it, I lost track of the time and time seemed to pass a lot slower. For that reason alone I never tried it again. Having that effect on me would probably make me lose my job.
EDIT: Don’t listen to the bullsh*tter with the dinosaur pic. You might need counseling or something.
Your questions sounds like you did this a long time ago. If so you don’t get to blame it on weed. Get some sleep.
No medical help is necessary..cannabis is one of the least toxic substances you can consume, much less toxic than nicotine or alcohol. Effects usually last 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on dose and tolerance. You may feel a little funny the next day if it was your first time, as your brain is trying to grapple with what the hell just happened, but this should only be a very minor effect if anything at all. If you are experiencing discomfort many days later, the cause is definitely not marijuana.
Ditch weed is usually adulterated and should be discarded the same as any other spoiled or rotten produce but its effects if smoked are around four hours.
