what does it mean when my weed smells peppery? like sausages? i also tasted it, and it tasted like i just ate a sausage lol. is that a good or bad thing?
You don’t get as high, lol.
In my experience, though, the worst that’ll happen is a weird taste while you’re smoking, maybe a headache if it’s particularly bad (because of mold maybe). Also I swear I can tell if they’ve used freakin’ miracle gro, chemical taste, not very pleasant.
I’ve never in my life had “bad” weed….If you smoke too much or too fast or you mix it with alcohol you can experience what’s called a Green Out….which is something a lot of people confuse with having bad or laced weed. See my channel for my episode on Green outs and how to handle them.

bad information, you DONT want a foresty smell, thats a sign of early molding. odor IS improtant, and strain names ARE important so you can distinguish the odors and colors..

If it is like that that is not really a bad sign. Most mids/reggie/flaka,etc has seeds and alot of hairs, or few seeds and lots of hairs but is not very “white.”
It still might be dank and not mids, but if it has seeds and is not fluffy its more than likely low grade cannabis.
many different (often high quality) strains give off a lime-like smell that can be described as sour or sweet. This is not unusual…it just gives you some idea of the kind of strain you may have.
I just bought an ounce of weed and it has this sweet/sour/weird smell too it, any explanation for this?

yep, its really meant for the true beginners. There’s a lot more that can be said about Trichome Browning, Curing and THC or CBD ratio, but i’ll get into all that on another episodes.

The higher you get the stronger the weed i guess, Leafy shit makes you sleepy, Weird chemical in it but very good for medicinal
White Widow is hardly alone when it comes to strains that look like that. Its certainly up there in the THC content and I think of it as one of the better strains.
Purple is a distinct colour that only some strains have. You’ll only run into it on those strains.Lack of purple doesn’t mean anything on any other strains.
